We are looking for nursing for our infant son who was born at 27 weeks and was diagnosed with chronic lung disease. He is a smart, interactive vent dependent boy who also has a G-tube for feedings. He is looking for a nurse for 3 days/week any combo Monday-Friday from 0715-1545. Both of his parents are teachers so during the summer it may be half days (0830-1200).  There are 2 goofy medium sized dogs in the home who are a big part of the family. A PAL is also needed.

Looking for nurses for a 16yo boy in Waukesha. Trach/Gtube, non-vent, room air at baseline but have O2 in the home. Wheelchair dependent with patient motor lift in the home. Stable patient, has not been inpatient for illness in 6 years. Established, organized case. Only child & parents confident, capable & highly involved. Clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. 12 hour shifts and set schedule not required unless desired. You are welcome to start earlier or work later, but we like to schedule Mondays 08-1600, Tuesdays 0745-1600 and Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 07-1600. School days are Wed/Thurs/Fri and start time in the Summer can switch to 0800 if nurse would like. Also would be happy to fill any other hours you would like to work. Weeknights 17-2200 are very helpful. PRN weekend hours would also be wonderful. Schedule is done monthly based on availability but if you would like to secure a specific shift, that would be perfect, too. (Wednesdays 07-1600 are usually spoken for but not 100% of the time.)

Competent and intellectually intact, recently underwent urostomy placement and had complications requiring management of nephrostomy tubes. Additional needs include wound assessment and wound care management for pressure ulcers and general health assessment at daily visits including vitals.
