2018 General Meeting Dates

Please watch your emails and the website for meeting details.  An email invite from PHP for the Go-to-Webinar will be sent to the email that you provided PHP with your membership application.  Please inform us of any change in email address.

PHP utilizes Go-To-Webinar for the majority of its General Meetings.  This requires a desktop or laptop to be able to view the meeting/web cameras of the board members and presenters.  Tablets and smart phones may not allow you to view the screen, but will allow you to listen to the meeting.  You have an option to use your computer's microphone and speakers for audio or a phone number and meeting access code number (given at the time the meeting is scheduled and at login) if you do not have audio on your computer.  You can call in and listen without logging into the meeting, however, you will not be able to ask questions.  Attendees are muted during the meeting (for background noise reduction) and unmuted when they request to ask a question.

Allow yourself extra time in case you have any issues. For technical problems, or assistance in logging into the meeting, you can call the support line at 855-352-9002.
