23 year old daughter, SMA type 1, but treated so presents like type 2. Very smart, playful and expressive. BIPAP dependent night/nap/illness, no trach. Gtube fed. Cough assist, percussion vest, suction. Stable but complex case. Lifting required. Uses manual and power wheelchairs.  Attends multiple appointments each week.  Various days and times needed.  Must be pet friendly.  We will have certain precaution requirements due to COVID.  Willingness to take over PAL would be a lovely bonus
