New Berlin. 5-year-old girl. SMA type 1, treated. Presents like strong type 2. Very smart and active. BIPAP dependent night/nap/illness, no trach. G/J tube. Cough assist, percussion vest, suction. Generally stable case. Lifting required. Uses power wheelchair and has accessible van. Attends full day of school and appointments with her nurses. Must be pet friendly. We are an established case with a great PAL. Looking for evening and every other weekend coverage. No overnights required.
