This young lady suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) at a young age, and is now quadriplegic, relying on a feeding tube and oxygen support and BIPAP at night. The Brookfield home is meticulously clean and has been modified to meet her safety and comfort. Her devoted single mom creates a warm, nurturing environment despite minimal outside support. Located in Waukesha, we have a unique, multi-faceted, and unusual case. This is a well established, stable case, in a clean environment. We are in need of a Private Duty RN for a 42-year-old male patient who is non-vent, oral intake of meds and has pre-prepped meals. He is active and mobile, yet medically fragile. We offer 7A-7P day shifts or 7P-7A NOC shifts.
Waukesha. 18yr old female with congenital muscle disorder in a wheel chair. Trach and vent dependent. Needs adult vent certified nurse. History of a stroke and heart transplant. Immunocompromised. Nutrition mostly via G Tube. Will attend transition program during the school year. Many shifts with very flexible hours available during summer. During school year PMs/nights, fill in days when the school nurse is unavailable, some weekend shifts. Would love to have nurse willing to be PAL and/or case manager.
