NON-VENT case. Sweet, gentle and full of fun personality, non-verbal/non-mobile g tube dependent 7-year-old with epilepsy and developmental delays needs RN/BSN staff. Primary Dx: Intractable epilepsy.  ON THE JOB TRAINING FOR ALL CARES INCLUDING SEIZURE RECOGNITION PROVIDED! Seizure monitoring (most symptoms are subtle, but this can change on a dime), feeding, bathing, toileting, helping client complete home therapy programs for PT, OT, SLP. She loves to snuggle and play games, listen to music or read books but needs assistance with almost everything. Weekdays up to 12-hour shifts ideally starting at 6-615a. Ideal shifts 10-12 hours with nurse attending school but may also accept wrap around school care from 6a-745 or 845a or 230p or 345p-5pish. Occasional night/weekend shifts may be available. Some lifting ~40 lbs is required. Far east side of Madison. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, hard-working and self-motivated with an ability to take direction and learn our routines/protocols. We want our nurses to feel like part of the family. Non-smoking, health-conscious candidates as the common cold often leads to hospital stays. WI nursing license and CPR as well as NPI and Forward Health billing account required before employment can begin but we can help guide you on NPI and FH billing set up. Background check prior to starting. Willingness to take on PAL duties will be given preferential scheduling
