Established case but new PAL needed for February 2022 renewal! NON-VENT case. Fun-loving, easy-going non-verbal/non-mobile g tube dependent 7-year-old with epilepsy and developmental delays needs RN/BSN staff for day shifts. Primary Dx: Intractable epilepsy TRAINING FOR ALL CARES INCLUDING SEIZURE RECOGNITION PROVIDED! Seizure monitoring (most symptoms are subtle), feeding, bathing, toileting, helping client complete home therapy programs for PT, OT, SLP, feeding. She loves to snuggle and play games, listen to music or read books but needs assistance with almost everything. Weekdays up to 12-hour shifts ideally starting at 615-630a. Ideal shifts 10-12 hours with nurse attending school but may also accept wrap around school care from 615a-745/845a or 245/315p-5pish. Lifting ~40 lbs is required. Far east side of Madison.
