PDN NURSES NEEDED IN Black Creek. Well established case (21 years) located in Black Creek (10 miles North of Appleton) is in need of Private Duty Nurses, RNs/LPNs for a 50-year-old male with Spinal Muscular Atrophy who is vent/trach dependent, g-tube. No heavy lifting. Easy case. Must be ventilator and CPR certified.

Every other Wednesday days (9am - 9pm)
Every Thursday days (9am - 9pm)
Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday days (9am - 9pm)
I also need someone 2 to 3 nights during the week, and every other weekend Saturday and Sunday night. Those shifts are 9pm to 9am.
