Greenleaf.  14yr old ventilator dependent male. Requires complete physical care. Wheelchair dependent, nonverbal. Hoyer lift used as he does not assist with transfer. Flexible shifts available. Could be fulltime by August if preferred. Mostly daytime and weekend needed. Other siblings in the home. Delightful family.
