Waukesha. 17.5yr old female with congenital muscle disorder in a wheelchair. Trach and vent dependent. Needs adult vent certified nurse. History of a stroke and heart transplant. Immunocompromised. Nutrition mostly via G Tube. Attends High School. Looking for PMs/nights, fill in days when the school nurse is unavailable, some weekend shifts.
