Spring Green. RN/LPN needed to provide care to a 23-year-old woman in her own home. Trach, Non-vent, Gtube, dependent in all ADL’s, non-verbal communication. She enjoys getting out in the community. Home is equipped for transfers. Needs: Sat and Sun day shifts 7am-7pm, occasional weekdays.
