Requesting private in home nurse for 44y.o quadriplegic male. Competent and intellectually intact, recently underwent urostomy placement and had complications requiring management of nephrostomy tubes. Looking for a nurse to provide 1-2 hours, 3-4 days per week. Patient has personal care workers and this would be additional NURSING care in conjunction with his established care. Additional needs include wound assessment and wound care management for pressure ulcers and general health assessment at daily visits including vitals. A home health team may provide a nurse 2-3 days per week; however, family is looking for additional nursing support for the next 2-4 months, with potential for more long term care.
IMMEDIATE NEED. 5 month old girl with Congenital hypophosphatasia needs nursing for all shifts. She is trach/vent dependent and G-tube feeds. She may be decannulated soon. This is a new case. PAL is also needed.
12 year old girl needs nursing. She has a trach and a vent when she is sleeping or ill and a G-tube. She is complete care. There are multiple days and shifts available.
