Lake Mills.  47-year-old male, 80 pounds, with a trach/vent who needs nurses for flexible days 10-12 hours and weekends.  He uses the vent during sleep and is non-verbal but uses an ISpeak device to communicate.  Ceiling lift in home to assist with transfers and has a power chair.
