Oconomowoc. IMMEDIATE NEED. Vent certified RN/LPN needed for home health care, for a 43-year-old male with cerebral palsy. Skilled in G/J tube, tracheostomy cares, Mediport cares, CPT/nebulizer tx. Experience required. Please call for pre-interview. Hours available: weekends, 12hr shifts and PRN for fill-in, overnight shifts also available. Serious inquiries only please. Shadowing provided by Case Manager/ Guardian prior to independent shifts. Looking to add a few great nurses to a wonderful work environment, caring for a very special patient.
