Waukesha. 18yr old female with congenital muscle disorder in a wheel chair. Trach and vent dependent. Needs adult vent certified nurse. History of a stroke and heart transplant. Immunocompromised. Nutrition mostly via G Tube. Will attend transition program during the school year. Many shifts with very flexible hours available during summer. During school year PMs/nights, fill in days when the school nurse is unavailable, some weekend shifts. Would love to have nurse willing to be PAL and/or case manager.
