Marshfield. Looking for an RN or LPN for a 14 year old happy and playful boy in Marshfield, WI. He is night BIPAP dependent (on room air, no trach present), has Lissencephaly, intractable epilepsy, and global developmental delays. Nursing needs include: G-tube and/or bolus feeds, physiotherapy vest, nebulizer and cough assist as scheduled, feeding (mixing/measuring), diapering, medication administration, positioning (tummy time, stander, sitting etc), monitoring for seizures, bathing, dressing, and supporting his homeschool/therapy schedule and routine. Current PAL in place, need to transfer to new PAL by December. Looking for Monday and Friday coverage (7:45am to 3:45pm), could also cover an additional weekday if interested. Loving family (5 members), clean environment, non-smoking home, one large playful dog.
